For HR and leadership: When education and communication aren’t enough, we find out why. Our behavior audits identify where adoption breaks down and what needs to change in the environment, systems and employee experience to make new ways of working stick.

Innovation in public policy doesn't always mean doing more. It means better understanding how people make decisions. That's why a behavioral approach starts by diagnosing the real barriers and drivers of behavior, and only then looks for solutions.

Digital Behavior Design

Digital products succeed when they fit the way people actually behave, not when the product is perfect. Adoption is a behavioral problem shaped by context, motivation, friction, and competing habits outside the product itself. We support UX by designing flows that make desired behaviors easier to sustain.

Capacity Building & Research

Hands-on and tailored sessions that teach teams to apply behavioral frameworks themselves (diagnostic tools, survey design, and intervention mapping).Research collaborations with institutions and international consortia on behavioral aspects of policy - from sustainability and mobility to public health and consumer behavior.

Led by Andrijana Mušura, Ph.D. with 20+ years spanning academia and applied consulting, with projects across organization, european cities and research intitutions, nudge units, and UN agencies.

Workshop

A one-day workshop in behavior design for those who make decisions. We'll look at why organizational change stalls and what it takes for yours not to be one of those cases. We'll work with concrete tools for driving change faster and more measurably, and the content will be tailored to your unique challenge.Spots are limited to keep the discussion at the level you need. The workshop will be held in December 2026, in Zagreb.
